[SBU Board] This Past Weekend

A couple quick notes:

   - Setup and teardown at FR take extra time because of the distance and
the slope. This isn't a significant issue, just something to keep in mind
   for future planning.
   - The Best Buy cart isn't serving us very well. Besides the bidding
boxes (more below), the tables also kept falling off, as they often do.
I'd suggest that we invest in a new cart. This would help us with the
tables and with the crates and possibly with coffee pots. We should
discuss at the next board meeting.
      - Something like this might be enough ($47.96):
      https://www.amazon.com/Adjustable-Convertible-Multi-Purpose-Capacity-Harper/dp/B018A3H9GG/ref=sr_1_35?ie=UTF8&qid=1500480527&sr=8-35&keywords=folding+dolly
      - This one is just a little more expensive and is more flexible
      ($67.26):
      https://www.amazon.com/Rock-Roller-Multicart-Model-Micro/dp/B003AYLP9S/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1500480485&sr=8-12&keywords=folding%2Bdolly&th=1
      - If we want to go crazy, we can get a more expensive one with an
add-on carpeted shelf that Ann can use for coffee pots (but not during
      setup) (A total of $164.98):
      https://www.amazon.com/Rock-Roller-Multicart-Model-Micro/dp/B002NPLXV0/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1500480485&sr=8-12&keywords=folding%2Bdolly&th=1
   - Bidding boxes: We had a small crisis when 6 crates of bidding boxes
rolled away while I was straightening tables in the trailer. Most of the
boxes appeared to be in-tact but we ended up with odd cards. What I would
suggest is that we check the bid boxes during setup at the next tournament
(Halloween). We should take the cards out of each box and make sure that
they're complete. For any that we're short, we can replace them from the
supply. If the supply runs short, I will bring replacement sets. (But
note that I'll need to charge for these, retail of $25 / set for plastic,
   less some discount.)
