This is what I would do. Thank her for her thoughts, express sadness over
their sentiment. And ask if she saw your call for comments from club
managers, and outline what some have said. Tell her we're going back to
Kent next year, but due to the lack of attendance at the last tournament,
we were not able to work it into the schedule this year. Remind there that
there will be south end regional (Olympia) this year, and that we hope she
and her club members will be able to play.
