[SBU Board] Board contact page - updated, request for photos

I've completed updates to the list of current board members
<http://www.bridgeinseattle.org/board> on our website.  I have also updated
this mail list to include the current board, removing outgoing board
members and adding incoming/current board members.  If you spot an error or
if this is not reaching you at the email address you prefer, please let me
know.

At last night's board meeting, we tentatively agreed that it would be nice
for us to include photos of each board member on the website, particularly
since we include them on the election ballot.  *Thus, please send or
confirm a photo by 1/31:*

   - *If you were on the ballot this year,* send me an email confirming
   that your ballot photo is acceptable to use for this purpose.
   - *Otherwise, please do one of the following:*
      - Send me a "head and shoulders" type photo of yourself.
      - Send me a note confirming that it's okay to use your current
      Facebook profile photo, if you have one.  (I can pull it off of
Facebook's
      site.)

(If you were not present at the meeting last night and have objections to
having a photo posted, please feel free to reply, to me only or to the
list.  I'm happy to use a placeholder photo or another handling you prefer,
or we can forgo this entirely.)
