[SBU Board] Board contact page - updated, request for photos

Hi all!

I completed the additions of photos to the unit board webpage tonight:
http://www.bridgeinseattle.org/#/board/

If anyone has objections to the photo used, please send me your preferred
substitute or let me know if you want a placeholder image (see David
Taylor's entry for an example).  When I had multiple options and no
preference was specified, I used bridge-related photos whenever possible.
:)  I'm also happy to take current pictures of folks at the Sweetheart this
weekend if you want. Just let me know.

Bill - the one you had sent me that was more recent was too grainy to use,
so I used the older one for now.  If you have a higher res one that is
newer, I'm happy to use it instead.
David - I didn't find a good public photo of you. I used a placeholder for
now.  If you have one you'd like to use, send it over, or I can take a
photo this weekend if you prefer. :)
