presented at the opening of the Saturday afternoon session at next 
sectional?

In the course of coordination of several items with David Wright, he 
indicated that due to time constraints he is not able to run for the unit 
board -- but he is willing to do the newsletter for at least another year. 
The entire unit should be grateful for the outstanding work David does as 
editor of The Sun.

Similarly, Sharon Erwin puts in a great effort duplicating boards for our 
tournaments and delivering them to the sites.  Often times she does 
additional duplication in the course of tournaments as we have fewer sets of 
boards than the number of session-sections.

David and Sharon do extraordinary work to the benefit of the unit.  While 
each receives free plays for our sectionals, perhaps the board should 
consider recognizing their contributions by expressing our appreciation in 
an additional way -- for instance a loaded card each could apply to a dinner 
out or other use.
