[SBU Board] CORRECTION: 2018 Tournament Planning Calendar

Hi All,

I imported the calendar into google docs. When I did this for 2017 there 
were some issues for some people being able to access it. So, instead, 
this time I created a link that will let you edit it without needing to 
worry about being logged in on a google account etc. All you need to do 
is click the link and it will open up in a browser that will let you edit.

I would strongly strongly urge/request people to use google docs. It is 
way too easy for mistakes to be made where people are making decisions 
off of an outdated version using the current method of emailing 
revisions around. All you need to do is click the link to see the 
calendar. If you want to make changes, it will automatically update for 
everyone else. Everyone can also then see the changes that were made in 
order to understand what has changed recently.

There are a lot of people who need to know this sort of information and 
its a lot easier for them to find out what they need to know by having 1 
link that's constantly updated rather than trying to get the latest 
revision and/or update the latest revision and distribute it. This isn't 
just "good because its new", its good because its better. Please make an 
effort to switch, and if you have questions or issues please let me know.
