[SBU Board] Agenda, October 5 Board Meeting

Not really, it was all good news,  I get the impression we are their
favorite tenant.  She said since we worked out the parking and door locking
issues they have no complaints.  I think we all agree it is one of the
better venues and we need to keep them happy.  You can just pass this info
along at the meeting, that's all I was going to do.
