Interesting data, John.  Thank you.

Ann is right, September seems to be the problem, but this is one data point.  Is there more history that says September is poor?  And why would that be?  The FR July example says summer is not the problem.  Maybe too close to Lynnwood?

It also contains some comparative rental cost info, on the last page.
