[SBU Board] Survey drawing winners

[JC Chupack]

The winners have all been notified via email (which is also how they
accessed the survey, so it should work for them).  I let them know they can
pick up the coupons from Larry at partnership this weekend or to reply to
have them sent via mail.

I also asked them to reply if they objected to their name being published
in our electronic and print newsletters.
