[SBU Board] Survey drawing winners

The winners of the survey drawing are:

Louise Cooley (Kirkland, WA)
Valerie Lycette (Issaquah, WA)
Larry Baum (Seattle, WA)

They're each entitled to 2 free entries to a sectional of their choice
within our unit, expiring 12/31/2017.

I honestly can't remember (and couldn't find confirmation anywhere) whether
I'm supposed to create a coupon for them or if we were going to use
existing ones.  I'm fine with either plan, but I would like to alert the
winners in time to use this weekend, if possible.
