[SBU Board] Financial Report

Here is an abbreviated, but current financial report, in advance of this evening’s board meeting.

I will prepare and circulate a more complete report, in the usual form, when we have completed this week’s sectional in Kent, and I have made the deposits, written the checks and  crunched the numbers.

But as of this moment:

	Checking Account Balance 		$ 22,743.05
		This is after adjustment 
		for four outstanding checks.

	Certif of Deposit Balance		$  15,416.54

	TOTAL on deposit at Key Bank		$  38,159.59

We have no liabilities known (to me)

These balances understate somewhat our financial position, because we have paid our Kent-rent in full, along with some other expenses, but have not yet received any revenue from the tournament.
