Please check the link on the Unit website / Unit Events and Results / Fall Non-Life Master Schedule / Click here for schedule, flyer, and results when available on ACBL.org.
When I click on this link, I get the ACBL website window for the tournament, however there is no active flyer link there.  Yet, when I go through the ACBL website to Tournaments / Calendars and Results / Find a Tournament, there is an active flyer link.  Perhaps the link at the unit website leads to a dead version of the ACBL window for our event that did not yet have the flyer linked.  As our NLM sectional is weeks away, we should fix the link on our unit website.

Set up for Kent (Sept 16) and NSC (Oct 8)…

Please advise if any adjustments are needed to the following set up plan for Kent:
First session:  Friday 1:30pm
Our usual show time for set up would be 11:00am 
At Lynnwood, I advised Jeff Jacob (our DIC at Kent) that we have reserved an overflow room (Green River Room) for (only) the 1:00pm Saturday session.  During set up we must remember to set aside sufficient tables and equipment for the Green River Room in the event Jeff needs to set up a section there for the Saturday afternoon session.
During our board meeting Monday evening we'll poll for set up and tear down support; John W has advised he will be supporting both.  If, after polling, we feel additional help will be needed, we'll plan to tap into our standby volunteers list.
Please advise if any adjustments are needed to the following set up plan for NSC:

First session: Saturday 10:30am
Show time for set up:  8:30am
During our board meeting Monday evening we'll poll for set up and tear down support.
