October had <15 tables for all events posted. Spring had <15 tables for all events as well. I understand being optimistic (and I certainly want to get more tables there!), but over 2X is a large amount of optimism, and it seems like we shouldn't constrain our search on that basis.
That would certainly increase the number of possible locations.
Is Forest Ridge still available after the problems from our last tournament there?

If the clubs are willing to forgo their Saturday regular games for that weekend, I'd love to see us give that money to the bridge community by supporting one or both local club facilities.
Going to one or both of the local clubs seems like a good idea to me as they have the facilities, and the capacity necessary for the NLM events. I looked at the EBC's table count for the Saturday game going back a year, and they're averaging 16.4 tables for the year with peaks over 20 for some special games and regular games in January. Just looking at the revenue at $10.00/player for these games, the average income was $654.40, and a maximum of $940.00 which is within the budget for hall rentals.
