[SBU Board] Sat AM at the KO tourament

OK all, I'm going to need your help.

My uncle passed away Saturday (a great man, and a blessing, he was
suffering at the end), and the funeral is set for Sat 11:00 on the 28th, in
Magnolia (I believe).

I'm not going to attend BUT I need to get my mom to the event, and at least
make a quick appearance.  That means I won't be at Bothell to set up trays
and do the usual hospitality stuff before the game.  I believe I can get
the coffee pots ready the night before, etc... but I'm going to need a few
volunteers who can help with hospitality on Saturday before the AM
session.  This involves assembling food trays, maybe refilling the coffee
pot, getting the water ready for the crowd (that's a boy job), etc.  I also
won't be able to bring ice that AM.

If you can spare an hour, let me know.
