[SBU Board] Barometer Game financials

Hello all,
Below is a breakdown of the Barometer game financials.
Club Fees:                   $12/table up to 10 tables and then $10/table after that
                                    16 tables = $120 + $60 = $180 for EBC
Director Fees:             $80 for up to 10 tables, and $5/table above that
                                    16 tables = $80 + $30 = $110
Sanction Fees:            16 tables @ $1.25/table =  $20.00
Hospitality:                 $82
Entry fees:                  64 participants X $9 (minus 2 free plays for Kim/Ann) = $558
So, if my calculations are correct, we made $166. I handed the cash to Tim last night at our board meeting.
Last year we had 21 tables, this year we had 17 tables register (2 pairs didn’t show- one person got into a fender bender on the drive up and the other pair decided not to play at the last minute).
Thanks to everyone on the board who supported the event! We had 8 board members playing which is fantastic!
