[SBU Board] flyers for Fall sectionals

Version 3 attached based on comments received, proposed as final barring
any objections received by EOD. :)

Changes:
* removed prices  (Definitely want to circle back on that at next
meeting...it's the most common question I get asked, and I can't list these
tournaments in local event calendars without pricing information, so I had
to pull back the listings for these.)
* changed session start times for the Kent sectional per Tim's proposal
* fixed a minor font discrepancy on the fall sectional flyer (Larry's
number was in Arial instead of Century Gothic)
* changed title for the open pairs description to "two session open pairs"
to make it clearer why this is a unique event
