I believe Matt K. suggested a few years ago that we not publish entry fees on our flyers. He said most tournaments don’t publish fees and it is good practice not to in case something goes wrong and the fee changes unexpectedly. It is highly unlikely to happen, but if we don’t publish it, we are covering ourselves.

I wasn't aware of that policy, and I do not want to remove the entry fee amount unless we have a very good reason for removing it.  Searching the history, I don't see any documentation of that as a policy so if anyone has history, please share. That's basic data that people need in order to plan and make decisions, particularly since we only accept cash, and we're holding the entry fees firm through end of year.
I do want it to be accurate, though. :)  Is it actually $10 (and $11 with the donation amount)?  I had $11 in my notes, but it could be that I was including the donation.

Tim: Who should make this determination?  FWIW, my vote would be 1:30 and 7.

Also, I hadn't noticed that you included the entry fees on the flyer.  We have a policy of not doing so, I suppose in case they change.  It might (or might not) be worth revisiting this policy, but we should take it off this version of the flyer for now.  And, shouldn't the entry fee be $10 in any case?

David - I changed the fall to 1:30 & 7:30 on Friday per your mail. I don't know who actually sets the times or what the reasoning might have been, so I'm taking the information posted as the authority for now.  If anyone on the list knows that it should be otherwise, please speak up.
