[SBU Board] flyers for Fall sectionals

I checked with Jeff for historical perspective.  He says that the gap
should be 5.5 hours as long as there's food nearby, so 1 and 6:30 or 1:30
and 7.

*Tim: *Who should make this determination?  FWIW, my vote would be 1:30 and
7.

Also, I hadn't noticed that you included the entry fees on the flyer.  We
have a policy of not doing so, I suppose in case they change.  It might (or
might not) be worth revisiting this policy, but we should take it off this
version of the flyer for now.  And, shouldn't the entry fee be $10 in any
case?
