[SBU Board] flyers for Fall sectionals

JC,

These look terrific!  A couple of updates:

   - Fall: Chairs are Mike (michaelring304 at comcast.net) and Larry.  DIC is
   Jeff Jacob.
   - NLM: Chairs are Patti (pattimcbridge at gmail.com) and Susan.  DIC is
   Nick Tipton.
   - Fall schedule: Fri should be 1:30 and 7:30, at least according to
   ACBL.org.  Last year, it was 1 and 7.  If we're sticking with 1 and 7, we (
   acbl.org) will need to update the website.  I'll make a note of this
   when I submit the flyer for approval.
