Hi Ann,

Here is the contract for the Bridge tournament. All you need to do is sign it and send it back.
The rental fee is due one month before your event.

When you get a little bit of time, if you could just email me the times you want the ballroom open and the start times
for the games, then i can schedule parking accordingly.

hold for you.
