[SBU Board] KO Sectional 2016 - Invitation to view

Are we providing lunch during the Monday swiss, or just giving people a
lunch break? If we discussed this at the meeting on Monday, my apologies -
I didn't record it in the meeting minutes.

I think we didn't provide lunch last year in Kent, because there were so
many close lunch options. I assume we are providing lunch this time (in
Bothell) - and if so, I will update the flyer to reflect that.
