[SBU Board] Fall Sectional Considerations -- Comments Sought

Do we have a list of specific requirements for a hosting site for NLM 
and regular sectionals? I remember Tim mentioning NLM reqs in a previous 
email but don't remember any mention of size/other considerations for 
standard sectionals.
