I think the matter has been resolved. No further action is needed.

With these developments, I would like to revisit the mood of the board on this matter.
We left it at the board meeting Monday evening that I would send an email to the parking violator. Does that remain the mood of the board? Or, given the report below and Christine McKenna's "sincere apologies," apparent one-time offense, and having moved the car, would following up with an email be piling on? If the board's mood remains to follow up with an email, I would plan to use a softer tone than I had originally envisioned, as John W has delivered a message and elicited a clearer picture of things by his call.
Comments?

Let me start with an abject apology.
It was Christine McKenna, not Christine Myers, whom I observed driving the white Tesla on Saturday morning at Forest Ridge.
And Christine McKenna is the “Christine” whom I have known for years and who is an attorney.
I talked to her this morning about the incident.
She acknowledged that she was driving the white Tesla and parked her car in the loading dock area.
She thought it would not matter on a Saturday.
There was an announcement on the floor of the tournament that the owner needed to move the car immediately.
She then moved it to the lower lot.
She offers her sincere apologies.
She claims she did not park her car improperly any other time, parking at all times in the lower lot.
She did see a white Ford parked illegally during the tournament, but heard no announcement about it.
Just to emphasize, Christine Myers was NOT involved in this incident in any way.
Fortunately I figured out that I had confused the two Christines before I had established any contact with Christine Myers.
I hope none of you has discussed the matter with her. But let me know if you have, and I will apologize directly to her.
I very much regret my confusion on this, and hope that no harm was done.
John W.
