Folks,

Regarding the matter of the parking violations at the Suntan Sectional that we discussed during Monday's board meeting…

John W, Kim and I have exchanged several emails in order to be in coordination on the facts as best we know them and actions going forward.  I would like to briefly summarize where we are and ask that you please advise ASAP if you have any objection to the course of action proposed below.  The board has not yet collectively reviewed and approved minutes of the board meeting, and we do not wish to violate an understanding board members might have concerning the issue as a result of the meeting.

In reviewing the facts, John, Kim and I found that there is no direct evidence that the vehicle in question is owned by Chris Myers.  There was no evidence (tag #) recorded or reported by FR Security that would definitively link a specific vehicle with the parking violations.  If it was her car, we feel it would be appropriate to give her an opportunity to explain the circumstances.  As I recall, the board agreed that I would send Chris an email and that remains the plan, yet I could do so following a precursor informal telephonic contact with Chris.  John W, who has known her for many years outside the bridge world, has agreed to make such a phone call.  We can then construct/tailor an email to Chris based on John W's findings and assessment from his call.  

However, we do not want to proceed with the intermediate step of a phone call if any board member(s) objects to such an action as being contrary to what was agreed Monday evening.  Please advise ASAP if you are NOT OK with this proposed course of action.
