[SBU Board] Unit Board election candidacy

I would like to run for the unit board. Below is my statement of

Statement:

Since rejoining the bridge community this past year, one thing that has 
consistently impressed me is the quality of our unit board and the 
amazing job they do serving our unit. I am running for the board because 
I would like to contribute to the Seattle-area bridge community that has 
welcomed me so warmly. One of my personal goals is to find new ways to 
reach out to potential players and help introduce them to the game of 
bridge. I am also especially interested in our unit games (which I think 
are awesome!) and contributing to the success of our tournaments. I am 
willing to put in the hard work necessary and would appreciate your 
support in the upcoming election.
