[SBU Board] Lunch at the Bothell Fall Sectional

Hi all,
I'd like your permission to go ahead and order boxed lunches from Country
Market (grocery store) in Woodinville for the upcoming sectional. They
have a lunch that is packed in a plastic clamshell for $5.00 that includes
a sandwich (meat or cheese, with lettuce), a container of potato or mac
salad and a bag of Tim's Cascade chips.
We would supplement it with a bottle of water and a selection of condiments
for the crowd.

I need to go back to the store and talk to the deli department, firming up
the cost and set the pick up time (we need to pick up the lunches).

I'll confirm with the DIC (Matt? MacKinzie?) to see how many we should
order. I"m thinking between 180 and 200 (so $1000 for the lot), but want to
make sure that sounds right to them. I'm assuming there is some extra
charge (tax? something?) that might be included, but it should be minimum
amount. We will charge our typical $7.00 in order to cover
overage/shrinkage.

I'll put the charge on the 'company' debit card.

Let me know if I can proceed.

At an upcoming meeting I'll lay out who I spoke with and show you the price
charts for the businesses I visited in Woodinville.

Note next year there will be another option--Winco is opening on Aurora
North, and I know they are the supplier used in Fircrest. As soon as they
open I'll talk to their Deli to get prices and options.
