[SBU Board] October "meeting"

There are two things we need to take care of that can be done by email.

First, please let Susan and John know if you are available to help set up
at the October tournament so they can ensure we have adequate help. David,
please send out a message on timing. Let's remember that we need to keep
people in the correct parking spaces on Friday of that tournament.

Second, we need to make decisions about the February tournament so that the
flier is available at the October tournament. I assume we will use the same
events as last time, but we should consider start times. Please post any
thoughts you have.
