Thanks Jen for pulling this together.   I'm going low tech with this response  :-(

The events look fine -- same as last year.  One of the comments (99+% of which were positive btw) I got from the March tournament was that the venue was difficult to find.  Whatever we can do to help both with driving directions and getting them to Room CC1161 would be good.

Attaching a pdf file campus map with CC1161 shown -- perhaps some portion/cutaway of this could be added to flyer.
