I specifically spoke to Roberto about locking up and returning the keys, which he has done multiple times previously. Apparently he missed locking one or more of the doors. I walked around Sunday morning and removed all (or so I thought) of the no parking signs. If Bev mentioned where I forgot one I would like to know where it was. I made a second sweep to make sure all of the tape used on the signs was removed. Guess I didn't do a very good job.
One solution to the trash problem might be to ask Bev to schedule a pick from Waste Management on Friday morning so that we would have an empty dumpster to use (of course we would have to pay them for the extra pick-up). Tim, do you think their empty container would be large enough to hold all of the garbage from a three day tournament (or a four day one if we get the facility over Memorial Day weekend?

She said, however, that there were two issues from this weekend. First, and most significantly, the building was left unlocked when we departed. This is not good. I listened, apologized, and committed to getting this feedback out to all our Board member immediately so that we can begin work on a process improvement to ensure this never happens again. We can discuss how to fix this -- if we have been leaving it to Roberto to close/lock up, then in the future we should have a tourney chair or other board member stay until Roberto is done and verify the building is locked. The other issue was that we left some No Parking signs and she asked that these all be removed. I thanked her for the feedback, explained how our players love playing at her facility and that we will fix these

I would like not to have to do it every time. I believe we have ~7 months before our next tourney at Bothell. Let's see if we can get others to help with this task from time to time.) We must fix the two new problems that emerged last weekend.
