Yesterday I told Ann that you could use my Jeep. The back seat folds up and so it becomes a pretty big wagon. It will be at the playing site. Coordinate with her. She'll have the keys.

It sounded like in earlier email traffic that you had access to a suitable vehicle.  If reimbursement for gas is needed for using the vehicle, then absent another option (which there appears not to be) I suggest you proceed to use the vehicle with the understanding the expense will be compensated.

Or at least a minivan.   Packed in 10 per box means 18 boxes...too much for one car.   Patti is available to pick them up but this is anew wrinkle. Thoughts?
