[SBU Board] 2016 Sweetheart Sectional flyer

I've updated the flyer to correct the items that were pointed out to me.

I'm not going to change start times at this point - if we want slightly
different start times for future tournaments, we can discuss that at
upcoming meetings. But I need to get this flyer printed today, so that it's
at the tournament tomorrow, and don't feel comfortable making a last minute
change to start times.
