[SBU Board] Unit Board Opening

Ray Miller had also submitted a statement. However he sent me an email this
morning withdrawing his name from consideration. He was willing to serve if
needed but is happy to cede the spot to JC as the only other candidate. He
said Ann would still make him help at the tournaments. :)
