[SBU Board] October Tournament - Bothell Union Hall Action Items

Susan- what time do you think you need the cones by? Although I am not sure about my work schedule that morning (and therefore can’t commit to setting up quite yet), I am sure I could get there by noon or 12:30 at the latest. Can I just bring the cones then? Also, how many do you need/want?

Here is what I have so far on set-up and tear down for the upcoming tournament:

Start time for set-up (per David Taylor):  10:45 AM

People to assist with set-up:  David, John W, Ann Romeo and Susan

People to assist with tear down:  David, John W., Ann Romeo, Ann Stephens, and Susan

John A:  will you be there for either or both set-up and tear down?

Is there anyone else available for set-up and/or tear down that I have missed?

Assorted miscellaneous items:

John W:  I need to get the check from you for payment to deliver when I pick up the keys on Friday morning.  Since you are planning on being there for set-up can you please bring it with you?

Kim:  We need to arrange getting the cones you have access to to control the parking behind the building prior to the first day of the tournament, can you please coordinate that with me?  Thank you.

I will make some signs for the cones to deter bridge player parking behind the building.

I have confirmed janitorial service with Roberto and will discuss removal of garbage with him prior to tournament and advise outcome of that discussion in case we need to make alternate arrangements.

Ann Romeo:  Is there anything for hospitality that you need help with?

Caddies:  Ann Stephens has confirmed caddies for tournament.
