[SBU Board] NLM Sectional Feedback

Thank you Tim.  Nick really tried but with all the technical problems it
was difficult.  We really hate to take a board away with novices.  Both the
pairs games and the teams were finished before the clock ended.  There were
many fast players and only a couple who were slow, as usual.
