Seattle Area Clubs:

I have succeeded to the position of District 19 GNT/NAP Coordinator.  My current focus is planning the 2015-16 District 19 North American Pairs Finals.  We have settled on the dates (Nov 14 & 15, 2015) and venue (Skagit PUD #1 Aqua Room, Mt. Vernon, WA) for the D19 NAP Finals.  Sanction number is #1511140.  I have submitted a flyer to ACBL for approval and will soon be submitting the Conditions of Contest.  I will send you electronic copies and/or links to the flyer and CoC as soon as they are approved by ACBL.

Unlike the GNT's, players MUST qualify at the clubs for the District 19 NAP Finals -- they are NOT permitted to "buy-in."  Qualifying period at the clubs is June through August 2015.  I hope you will give consideration as to when you might schedule NAP qualification games at your clubs.  The CoC and flyer will provide additional information about the event at the club, district and national levels, including subsidies players can earn for play in the National Finals at NABC Reno.  I hope you will please print out copies of the flyer and have them available at your clubs leading up to and during your NAP qualifying games.
