FYI, Bridge4Youth is aware of the unit financials, and is not asking for
assistance this year. We're in pretty good financial shape, and have
monies left over from your grant last year, which we are using this year to
help finance the summer camp (we have 13 signed up so far, and are hoping
for 30). We're in our 5th year, and this is the most we've ever had sign
up by the beginning of May--we're excited and are on target to reach our
goal.

The UW collegiate team did not qualify for the Chicago Nationals this
year. We are in the process of building a team for next year (several of
the teammates are graduating &/or are moving to grad school elsewhere).

Anne Farmer may be approaching the Unit Board for funds, but her group is
separate from B4Y. I spoke with Anne this weekend, and she said that her
group has reached over 60 kids this year, and will be expanding to high
schools in the Seattle School District next year. They just had their
Annual interschool match and McClure brought home the trophy.
