As of Providence limited sectionals are permitted with any masterpoint
limit up to and including 500.

It is your choice whether you permit Life Masters to play. I would gently
suggest not.

Is the cap still 500 MPs? (I vaguely remember 750 being allowed.) And is it
truly a "non-life master" event, or can people under the MP limit play
regardless of status?
