Sharon asked that I forward this to the board. I don't see any reason we
shouldn't buy the cards we need to fill the new boards. Sharon and David
can coordinate on Friday/Saturday duplication.

Thanks to Patti & Mark, U446 has an additional set of boards to use for
tournaments.  Patti can update you on this.

I believe I have enough decks to fill a minimum of 28 boards for the new
set.  I will need to order more decks to have replacements for some of the
sets that still have older (more like ancient) decks; cost is *$48.60/set
of 16* plus shipping.  Can you please discuss/authorize this at your next
board meeting?

Also, the D19 dealing machine is in for servicing (ask David for more
info).  I've arranged with Mark McCallum to use his machine for duplication
prior to the tournament.  This will probably take care of Friday & Saturday
duplication; Jeff volunteered to do Sunday & Monday's boards so he will
need to coordinate with David.  I haven't received the .dup files from Matt
yet but will forward the files to Jeff prior to the tournament.
