 Gotcha!  I have a room that I think is just the right size, it’s called
the Green Room and it’s available 04/08/15 after 4:30pm.  It’s $20.46 to
access the room for up to two hours, and $51.15 to access the room for up
to four hours.  Let me know if you’d like me to book it.


I’m not sure of the 2016 rates on those two large rooms just yet.  I am
lobbying very hard for a transition to an hourly rate (which is what most
folks use) and away from a this tiered rate system we’ve been using, and am
awaiting approval from a VP before I can implement anything.  If you were
to rent CC1161 and the Old cafeteria next month on a Friday, Saturday, and
Sunday the price would be $2756.49 for the weekend (based on an assumed 10
hours of usage each day).  This price is subject to change pending our rate
adjustment, but I don’t anticipate the change being really dramatic.  Sorry
I can’t be more specific right now.
