[SBU Board] Key Bank Signature Authority and Debit Card

I visited Key Bank, Mercer Island branch, this morning to understand the process for getting updated signature authorities on the Unit account and for acquiring a debit card for Ann R.

The first step is to have the folks who need signature authority for check signing, and Ann R, fill out Business Signer Information forms.  Ann needs to have signature authority on file in order to have a debit card.  I have Business Signer Information forms and will give one to John W today when we meet up for treasurer transition.

Ann:  Please advise if you will be at the NLM sectional on Sunday afternoon, and I will bring along a form for you.  Otherwise I will mail one to your home address.

Jeff:  Please advise whether you would like me to mail a form to you, or whether you plan to be at the NLM on Sunday afternoon.

Those gaining signature authority will need to bring their filled-out forms (and IDs) to the Key Bank branch at the north-end of Mercer Island and sign the signature card.   After this has been done, a debit card may be acquired for Ann R.  Also needed for the debit card is a copy of last Monday evening's board meeting minutes that document the board's support for her having a debit card.  Either John W or I can print out and take the minutes into the bank.
