[SBU Board] Decision needed: Boards for sectionals

I agree with the other comments that we should try to get by on what we
have for now, at least until our financial situation stabilizes.
I have sometimes helped with the board making when we need to use some sets
Friday and then reuse them later in the weekend, and I am happy to continue
to do so at the February tournament.
