This is just the kind of info we need to manage well.

Do we have similar info for our other tournaments?
I would bet that you have sent it to us.  But I cannot put my fingertips on 
it easily - and the new board members never received it.

But we already know enough to conclude that every one of us ought to be 
giving serious thought to the ways we can turn this trend around.
