[SBU Board] 2016 Unit 446 Tournaments

In further coordination with Bev this afternoon, she has also confirmed May 27-30 for us for our open sectional.  

Her confirmations of our April dates and May dates are a very positive development as we have now cleared -- without conflicts with our dates -- the Local 302 Board's review and approval of their 2016 training calendar.
