[SBU Board] Restaurant maps for sectional tournaments

Susan, I haven't made the Woodinville one yet. Because I couldn't get everything to fit legibly on one map I broke them into two and wanted to send out one draft first so I could get feedback. I'll make a draft of Woodinville  soon.
