Sorry that I didn't make the meeting on Monday.  After being away for a week, it seemed prudent to visit with Sarah before heading out the door.

The SBU446_Tournaments spreadsheet contains the overview that I generally bring to the board meetings.


The Tournament Task Tracker spreadsheet contains a tab for each tournament to show what tasks are due.  Please take a look at this for the Oct and Nov tournaments (2015_10 and 2015_11 tabs).  


Specifically for Oct:
Jen, what's the status of the flyer?  If you send it to me, I can post it on acbl.org.  Susan / John, please make arrangements to print and distribute them.
I'll check with John Gram on arrangements for Bridgemates.
Aaron, please post the tournament on the website.
I'll arrange for the email blast by the time of our next board meeting.
For Nov:
Patti / Jeff, do we have a schedule yet? Are we going with the same schedule as previous I/Ns?  Let me know so that I can send it to acbl for approval.  
Jen, once we have the schedule we'll need the flyer.
I think that's it.  Since I won't be in town for the next board meeting, I'll review status and send an update a few days before.
