[SBU Board] Annual Membership Meeting

Perhaps, however in the alternating BC-WA scheme the NAP Finals would be in BC this year (they were in Fircrest last Dec).  In 2013, there were issues when they were co-sited with a sectional in Burnaby.  So I am looking at various options for NAP Finals in 2015.  One of them is to split the distance between Vancouver and Seattle and do it somewhere in the vicinity of Mt. Vernon.  Or perhaps standalone in Vancouver.  Or perhaps in conjunction with a D19-conducted sectional somewhere (which I'm told is feasible).  

The other concern I would have with NAP finals in conjunction with a 446 IN sectional is that we would want 446 IN players to play in the NAP flight C finals.
