[SBU Board] Annual Membership Meeting

We did it in May last year, but didn't put it on the schedule this year.
Given that we don't have anything to do except report (no bylaws vote, for
example), I think it's fine to have it just before the Saturday evening
session. I'll send out an email to announce it and also put a note on the
unit web page.

Also, we have our monthly board meeting on Monday in Room 3 of the Bellevue
Library. Please let me know if there is anything you want added to the
agenda.
