FYI, see below.   This change was precipitated as a result of an inability to secure acceptable terms & dates for a venue in Vancouver BC in the usual time April frame, avoidance of proximity to dates of NABC Reno being one factor.  In lieu of a "Vancouver BC" regional in 2016, a regional will be held in Whistler BC November 7-13, 2016.   A sanction for a fifth D19 regional in 2016 has been acquired and the possibility of a fall 2016 (time frame vacated by the Spokane regional) regional at a secondary site such as Kamloops, Kelowna, or Kennewick will be explored.
