[SBU Board] Suntan sectional flyer

Thanks, all. I updated the flyer with the corrections noted by several of
you.

I had intentionally put only the Friday and Saturday start times in red, to
try to draw attention to the fact that they are different this time. But it
seems like that was just confusing. Would it be better to circle them? Or
to just have them all the same, and figure that people can read a flyer for
useful information like start times?
