[SBU Board] Suntan sectional flyer

Flyer looks fine.

I think the listings of the strat breaks, MP limitations, averaging, etc., are likely to be very confusing to players with limited experience.
But that is not a criticism of the flyer, necessarily.
I understand it is complex, and there isn’t room to explain it fully.
